11th International Conference in Nepal
We have the distinct of honour of being the first to organise an academic conference on Tourism in Nepal. Following on from 2011, 2017 and 2018, the 11th International Conference on ‘Sustainable Tourism, Culture & Sports’ aims to provide a forum for academics, emerging researchers, policy-makers, industry practitioners, marketing professionals, and destination managers to discuss the latest issues and suggest solutions and strategies in the planning, development, marketing and management of sustainable tourism. The conference will once again be held in Kathmandu. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak we have adapted our conference so that delegates can join, watch and participate both online and in person depending on their circumstances.
We welcome abstracts of no more than 250 words with 5-6 keywords. References should use the Harvard system and are excluded from your word count. Please note, we can only accept submissions in word format. If needed, an abstract template can be downloaded HERE
A Hybrid Approach
The conference will once again be held in Kathmandu. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak we have adapted our conference so that delegates can join, watch and participate both online and in person depending on their circumstances.
Our goal is to provide delegates with the option to shift seemlessly between online and in person participation.
Online / In Person
All delegates will have online access. They will be able to sign in to our website to join the debate, upload their abstract, participate in live presentations, and ask presentators questions online via our video conferencing server. No additional software is required to participate online.
If you are attending in person then you will enjoy all the above benefits of participation as well as the cocktail reception, coffees, lunches, gala dinner and of course the beauty of Nepal.
All live sesions will be recorded and available to (delegates only) to watch via our website for 30 days after the conference has ended. Afterwards, the recordings will be deleted.
We welcome abstracts of no more than 250 words with 5-6 keywords on the following themes-
